123 Group first opened its doors in 1991 under the name 123 Printers, in its original premises at 123 Main Street, Gibraltar. The ethos behind 123 Printers was to modernise the traditional printing and introduce a strong emphasis on quality graphic design and customer care. Following the initial success of 123 Printers and the creation of 123 Property News magazine, it was deemed necessary to create a publishing arm within the company. 123 Publishers was conceived to cater for the fast growing needs created by this magazine and subsequent publications such as the 123 Property website and 123 Gazette periodical. The in-depth experience in the world of property, both in Gibraltar and Spain, obtained by publishing 123 Property News, and purchase related enquiries generated by it, led to the formation of 123 Property Estate Agents in 2005. The ethos of the 123 Group continues to be very much in-line with that of 1991: to offer our clients the best possible service, for the best possible price , and to focus on core values such as customer care, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in everything we do.
